Elsie and Apex has been a part of my family and yes, Elsie cares so much about the company, customers and staff. During year of 2008-2009, it was the recession time in the US. While most of the big freight forwarder were closing down their business and Apex being a small company, she almost let go of some employee and for the rest to work as part-time but she didn’t do that. Instead, she kept everyone as full time because all she thinks was her employee and their family to survive the economic situation.
Now with Covid-19, I will say none was in furlough nor laid-off because she has given most of everyone a chance to work at home remotely and still have a job that no company can match with Apex ever at all.
Everyone that I talked to at Apex are happy and blessed to be part of this family. They appreciate that they have this job.
To end this, I appreciate Elsie and Apex family and organizations for the opportunity that has given to me throughout the year that I’ve been with Apex. Elsie is a great role model, a mentor to me and has a great personality inside and out.
Thank you Elsie for being an awesome boss to everyone and thank you Apex!
